Description of Services

For each Grease Eradication System, Al-Serkal Group will conduct the following Service (every month):

• Inspect and maintain injection system
• Manually treat all floor drains and sinks with highly concentrated bacteria
• Check floor drains for secured covers and efficiency
• Inspect & Treat Each Grease Trap
• The depth of accumulated settled solids and floating grease/oil will be determined by a liquid core sample (“Sludge Judge”)
• Mechanically agitate Grease Trap
• “Shock Dose” the Grease Trap with highly concentrated bacteria
• After completing the inspection, disinfect the area around the Grease Trap and use an environmentally friendly odor eliminating solution.
• Compile the above measurements, review the report with management and provide a copy.

 Hygienic Standards
The following hygienic standards will be followed:

• During the inspection or cleaning of Grease Traps. A partition will be used to secure the site

Technicians will wear Uniforms, Gloves and Face Masks

Every effort will be exerted to minimize the time while the Grease Trap is open

• After completing the inspection, our technicians will disinfect the area around the Grease Trap and use an environmentally friendly odor eliminating solution
