Our fully automatic systems dose Live Bacteria cultures into the kitchen drain lines which eradicate, not relocate grease, starch and sugar build-up in your drain lines, eliminating foul odors, flow restrictions and grease related blockages. The bacteria will also colonize in the grease trap where it will digest fats, oils, starch and sugars thus reducing the frequency of clean-outs required. Every month, our technicians will visit your facility and conduct a comprehensive service; every grease trap, drain cover & sink are manually treated with concentrated bacteria (powder) and a comprehensive report is submitted detailing the status of each grease trap and the kitchen drain lines.
